This is a really great book. So, here is some art.

I got a couple of cool commissions recently and I am really happy with how they turned out. More to the point, the client was delighted with how they turned out.
ARN ANDERSON: MY LIFE AS THE ENFORCER is a new biographical graphic novel detailing the life and in-ring career of professional wrestler Arn Anderson. This 128-page graphic novel spans from the earliest days of his youth in rural Georgia being raised by his grandparents to his entry into professional wrestling, through his formation of the legendary faction "The Four Horsemen" and all the way to his retirement as an in-ring performer.
Written by Dirk Manning with Arn Anderson, this book is told through both modern narration framing vignettes (fully illustrated by Shawn Daley) and extended flashback storytelling sequences (fully illustrated by Colm Griffin). The book is being lettered by Justin Birch, edited by Drena Jo, and proudly published by Source Point Press.
I have been a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan since I was a little kid. It may have been the first VHS that I ever saw. The new film was released on Netflix recently and so I worked on this for the past few nights as a warm down. Leo is still the coolest!!
One day I will work on a Star Wars comic/project. For now though, here is a little cover I made for a book that doesn't exist. Just as a sample with the hopes that people see it and want some more star wars from me.
I am delighted to officially release my new book Jumpsuit Johnson: Hard Charges. It is the first volume in a 3 volume arch. This book is very much a love letter to buddy cop action comedy's of the 90's. But it is set in my hometown of Carlow, Ireland. It features many friends and places where I grew up.
If you fancy picking up a copy, please head over to RogueComicsIreland.
They say "if you want something, you put it out into the universe". Well here I am again putting these things out into the universe. I have drawn this guy more than I draw most people. Except for maybe Spider-Man or the characters of Ocean City. One day I will get to do something official. Until then, here is another sample cover for your lovely eyes.
I had fun with this one. I tried something a little different with the inks and the background colour.
Nova is one of my favourite characters to draw. I enjoyed the series of both Richard Rider and Sam Alexander. But Sam was my first experience of Nova, so he is who I associate with the character of Nova.
I have been drawing a lot of Nova and Champion covers lately. So I decided to do a little short story for my portfolio with two very talented people. Rob Jones on letters and Gillian Dempsey on Editor duty.
Nova and Cannonball, or as I call it Sam vs Sam.
